Your Dashboard
After logging in, your dashboard shows all your meeting space requests and hotel proposals.
Viewing Your Requests
Each request displays:
- Destination and dates
- Number of attendees
- Meeting room requirements
- Hotel proposals received
- Status (pending, active, completed, cancelled)
Tracking Hotel Responses
When hotels respond with meeting space proposals, they appear under the corresponding request. Compare room sizes, pricing, catering options, and amenities.
Cancelling a Request
If your plans change, cancel from your dashboard. Cancelling notifies all responding hotels.
